Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for every product available on popenings.com are priced by live rates from our shipping providers for delivery exclusively to the Mainland Lower 48 States. To ensure smooth delivery, we collaborate with reputable third-party shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for parcel shipments and Estes for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL). If your delivery address involves unique circumstances, kindly get in touch with our Customer Service after receiving your Order Confirmation.
Shipping Categories
Portal Openings processes shipments from Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 2 pm. No shipments are dispatched after 2 pm on weekdays or during the weekend.
Ground Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours, with an estimated delivery window of 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping
Orders placed before 2 pm will be shipped on the same day, while those placed afterward will be dispatched on the next business day. Expect delivery within 2-3 business days.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days. We exclusively fulfill orders for the Lower 48 United States during regular business hours. Unfortunately, we do not fulfill international orders, orders to Alaska or Hawaii, and we do not operate shipping services on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The choice of the shipping provider is determined by Portal based on factors like weight, size, and the shipping cost paid during the initial order fulfillment.
Payment
We gladly accept All Major Credit Cards. Please note that orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.
Damage or Loss
Portal Openings is responsible for your order until it is handed over to the Shipper. Any liability for your order during shipping is transferred to the Shipper. We cannot be held responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages during transit. In cases of damage or loss during shipping, the liability lies with the Shipper, and the resolution process follows the Shipper’s policies and procedures.
Package Tracking and Delivery
Shipping dates are not guaranteed. The Shipper will provide an expected delivery date subject to change. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please adhere to the provided guidelines and contact the relevant Shipper to initiate a claim.
Manufacturer Packaging
We ship products exactly as they are packaged by the manufacturer. Small, loose, or bulk items may be grouped together, and orders may arrive in multiple packages through different Shippers.
Email Notifications
Buyers will receive email notifications containing shipping details, including the Shipper’s name, date, pick-up time, tracking number, and tracking information. Be sure to check your inbox and, if necessary, your spam or junk folder for these notifications.

Return Policy

Missing Items and Damaged Products
Please report any missing items within 48 hours of the delivery date, as we are unable to replace missing items reported after this timeframe. To ensure prompt resolution, we recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon delivery.
Unsolicited Returns
Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service team before initiating a return.
Open Box/AS-IS items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges Policy
Unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original quantity may be exchanged within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, commencing from the delivery date. Similar to returns, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Keep in mind that the item you wish to exchange for may be out of stock or subject to a waiting period for back-ordered products.
